Becoming A Wonderer, Here is a Compelling Reason Why

Becoming, from a wonderer to a wanderer. What?!

What Excites You? Are You Living the Life You Want?
What gets your heart racing and fills you with pure joy? Are you currently living a life that aligns with your desires?

These are the exact questions that I couldn’t answer, and I decided to become a wanderer instead of a wondered (OK, I get it. This is the cheesiest way to start. But it gets better, I promise).

Well, it seems that I am not one of the lucky people.

Now, don’t get me wrong – my life so far has been pretty standard fare. The good student, the accomplished LL.M. graduate, the great job, marriage at 30, two adorable kids, a cozy house, and unforgettable vacations to picturesque destinations. Everyone around me is proud, and I won’t let them down. My social title, earned through my occupation, is something I hold onto with pride.

But then, fate had other plans for me – the long COVID hit me and forced me to take time off and reflect. I found myself pondering, “What do I actually like? What truly makes me tick?”

Turns out, those seemingly simple questions hit me hard. I always assumed I liked what I did – after all, people praised my work, and I seemed to excel at it. But deep down, I knew the truth: it’s EXTREMELY dull.

So, I made a decision: become a wanderer.

So, I made a decision. I’ve got potentially 50 more years ahead of me, maybe 30 more in the workforce (unless I somehow manage to retire early – fingers crossed!). I refuse to live this way, lost and unfulfilled, without knowing what truly excites my soul.

And so, I embark on this journey and put myself out there. Now, here’s the thing – I’m not exactly a social media maven. In fact, my Facebook account is about as private as it gets. But I’ve realized that if I want to find my true purpose, I must step into this vast online space.

So, here I am.

So, here I am on my first day in this digital realm, and trust me, I’m not planning on stopping anytime soon.

Now, dear wanderer, if you find yourself nodding along with my tale, I invite you to join me on this quest. Together, we’ll share, care, support, and discover our paths.

Wishing you all the best on your own unique journey.
